CircWave analyses independent circadian data (ie, one individual
contributes one data point). Typically such data sets are produced in
circadian brain research where techniques such as micro array chips, in
situ hybridisations, immunocytochemistry, northern, western, and
soutern blots, etc...are used. Download the zip file by double clicking
"CircWave V1.4" above, unpack, and execute the CircWave.exe without
installing. Read the CircWave.doc file for detailed info and guidelines.

This program is a batch version of CircWave. It is designed to make
circadian analyses of micro array data as easy as possible. It
essentially does the same analyses as CircWave but now the input file
is not a single profile, but can contain an infinite number of
profiles. The input file can be produced by Excel or any other
spreadsheet program, where each row contains an other dataset (gene)
and each column the micro array results at a certain time point.
Download the zip file by double clicking "CircWaveBatch V3.3" above,
unpack, and execute "CircWaveBatch V3.3.exe" without installing. Read
the "CircWaveBatch V3.3.doc" file for detailed info and guidelines.
